Boulder, CO (4/27/2010) -- Four climate activists (Kate Clark, Eric Ross, Erik Bonnett and Tom Weis) climbed to the top of the large coal mound in front of the Valmont Power Plant as a rally cheered outside, deploying a banner reading "RENEWABLES NOW" and erecting two mock wind turbines. The activists claimed the coal pile for about 1.5 hours before they were finally taken into custody.
